Last 4 November, the 🌀 CircleMED Local Advisory Board in Andalusia met online for a session of collaborative self-assessment of circular economy governance in Andalusia, using the OECD framework methodology.
✅ Main results of the discussion:
• Highest-rated dimensions: regulation, stakeholder involvement and awareness/transparency.
• Areas with the greatest room for improvement: policy coherence, appropriate scale, financing, capacity building and data/evaluation.
💪 Challenges and opportunities identified:
• Improve multi-level coordination and policy coherence.
• Simplify access to financing and strengthen training and data exchange.
• Take advantage of opportunities in innovation, public-private collaboration and participation of the education sector.
